Parking
The best parking option in Eichstätt is the parking lot “P2 – Parkplatz Altstadt”, where you have to pay 1.50 EUR for a whole day. There are also other parking lots that are more centrally located, such as “P4 – Tiefgarage Pedettistraße”, but the prices are higher. Cancellation policy: All requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel's reservations department or to one of the official hotel e-mails. The hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 30% 29 to 21 days before arrival, 60% 20 to 10 day before arrival, 80% 9 to 2 days before arrival, and 100% less than 2 days before arrival or if you don't show up.

Group picture
We will take a group picture on 7 October before the first coffee break.
Meals
During the meeting we have arranged catering at the event location. All meals include vegan options. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee kosher and halal options as well as special dietary requirements.
Wireless network
You should be able to connect so SSID “ASTHE_HOTSPLOTS” by accepting the terms and conditions. There is no password needed.
Please note that there may be instabilities in the network due to the large number of participants.
