Parking
The best parking option in Eichstätt is the parking lot “P2 – Parkplatz Altstadt”, where you have to pay 1.50 EUR for a whole day. There are also other parking lots that are more centrally located, such as “P4 – Tiefgarage Pedettistraße”, but the prices are higher. Cancellation policy: All requests for changes or cancellations must be made in writing to the hotel's reservations department or to one of the official hotel e-mails. Requested rooms can be canceled free of charge 3 days before arrival. In case of late cancelations, the hotel will charge a cancellation fee of 90 %.
No-show: No-shows or early departures will be charged 90 % of the originally booked services. If you do not check in on the day of arrival, then it will be considered a no-show and will result in a chargeable stay and the room being released.

We will take a group picture on 1 October before lunch.
Meals
During the meeting we have arranged catering at the event location. All meals include vegan options. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee kosher and halal options.
Wireless network
You should be able to connect so SSID “ASTHE_HOTSPLOTS” by just accepting the terms and conditions. There is no password needed.
