Altes Stadttheater Eichstätt, Residenzplatz 17, 85075 Eichstätt

By train

From Munich: around 1 h 45 min.
From Nuremberg: around 1 h 35 min.

The destination is “Eichstätt Stadt”.  From Munich/Nuremberg you change at “Eichstätt Bahnhof”, and a regional train at the same platform takes you to “Eichstätt Stadt”; from there it a 5 min walk to “Altes Stadttheater”.

By car

From Munich: around 1 h 30 min, via the A8 or A9. From Nuremberg: around 1 h via the A9.

Note that, you will have to take care of reservations and payment yourself.

COVID-19

We recommend to carry out a self-test before the meeting (every morning) and to wear a mask at least everywhere you cannot ensure a safe distance of 1.5 meters to other participants.

Group picture

We will take a joint group picture on 5 October at 12:30. The location will be announced on site.

Meals

During the meeting we have a catering at the event location. All meals include vegetarian options.

Furthermore, dietary needs mentioned in the registration form have been taken care of. There will be no garlic and no cheese in the vegetarian lunches.
If you are vegan, please go to the caterer's staff at the buffet, and they will give you the vegan alternative (on days where the vegetarian lunch is not vegan). At the dinner, please tell the staff directly when you place your order.

Wireless network

You should be able to connect to SSID "ASTHE_HOTSPLOTS" without a password, just accepting the terms and conditions.
